For more than twenty years, I have been embarrassed and have avoided whenever possible, using my husband's bathroom.When in the Ritz Carlton's bathroom in Spain last summer, I declared to myself that I want one too, after being dragged out of the most heavenly shower. Well, thanks to my plumber Barry, I have that shower and the most beautiful bathroom. MY LUCKY DAY!!

July 17, 2009 - I first used Aquality Plumbing
when I was renovating my "new" house. I knocked the kitchen
wall down before realizing I would need to relocate the baseboard
heater. I called Aquality and they suggested how the complete
the job while maximizing the heat in the kitchen. The job
was completed on time and more importantly at a reasonable
cost.
I again used Aquality to repair a poorly installed drain by
a home remodeling contractor I previously used to replace
my bath tub. The other guy used plumbers putty to install
a pipe on the drain instead of soldering it. This lead to
thousands of dollars in damages. I remembered Aquality and
called them to mitigate the situation. They came promptly
and replaced my drain. I learned an important lesson, a handyman
may charge less but in the long run, I would have saved thousands
of dollars in damages if I had used a registered master plumber
like Aquality Plumbing & Heating Co.

On April 16, 2009, we had a situation with the
plumbing in our store. Water and sewage was everywhere! One
of your employees, Barry, came out and not only helped us
fix the problem but good naturedly answered all the annoying
questions that we had about the tools he was using! The following
morning, Aquality came back again and rectified everything
just as our District Manager was visiting!
We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the
promptness, courtesy and professionalism of the company and
the employees that responded. It was a hectic scenario for
us and had it not been for the personable and professional
attitude of your staff, it would have been panic and chaos
at our store!
